Pokémon TCG Pitch Black Is Here – Meet the Mega Evolution Set Made for Collectors

Pokémon TCG Pitch Black is out today, and it’s the fifth set in the Mega Evolution series. If you’ve been following the series, this one is worth paying attention to.

The set contains 120 cards in total, including 36 secret rares – Illustration Rares, Special Illustration Rares, and a Hyper Rare. The headline chase card is the Mega Darkrai ex Special Illustration Rare, illustrated by Akira Egawa, alongside Mega Zeraora ex, Mega Chandelure ex, and Mega Excadrill ex rounding out the top pulls.

Pitch Black is the English adaptation of the Japanese set Abyss Eye, which launched back in May, and prerelease events have already been running at local game stores since July 4.
